My approach integrates faith-based counseling with evidence-based therapies, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we’ll explore your inner world with compassion, helping you identify and address the root causes of your struggles and heal attachment wounds.

Life After Trauma is a faith-based support group for women. This support group is geared toward learning coping skills to mitigate anxiety and foster safe boundaries. This group also incorporates faith work to encourage self-compassion and build self-worth. We believe that healing is done in community and support in a safe, consistent group is beneficial. Adulting Is Hard: Young Women and Faith

Adulting is especially hard when you are learning to navigating it as a young adult. This group is designed for young women 18-30 who are learning to launch into adulthood after experiencing childhood trauma or toxic parent relationships. We work on life skills for healthy dating and relationships as well as practice self-compassion for building purpose and self-esteem. This group is faith-based and will include some scripture and prayer. This will be virtual for Texas residents. Offered at various time each week and a great lower cost option for therapy.
