About
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in TX. I specialize in anxiety with a focus on social and relationship anxiety. I value the collaborative process with clients, you are the expert in your own life. However, I am not just here to listen, I am here to guide and will help you find tools and solutions. If you are feeling paralyzed by your anxiety, struggling with emotional eating, or telling yourself there is something wrong with you I will work to help you change that narrative, practice acceptance, and find tools that work for you. I offer televideo therapy evenings and weekends.
My passion is working with anxiety in social, work, and relationship areas. I will use cognitive therapies as well as narrative and mindfulness techniques. Together we will find concrete tools to combat anxiety in your daily life.
My goal is to create a safe space for clients. I have found mindfulness to be a great tool in my personal life and will use it often in therapy to help clients with anxiety. Please contact me for a free 15min consultation.
