I work with adults on adjustment to life issues, self-exploration, and offer EMDR and trauma-informed treatment. I have worked with foster and adoptive families in numerous roles and am able to help parents focus on attachment and healing. I enjoy thinking outside the box and at times may utilize art and creativity in session.
