Are you looking for someone who understands the complexity of substance use disorders coupled with mental health? I place great focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space to unpack struggle. I believe that positive rapport between client and therapist is paramount to the therapy model and commit to placing that at high value in our work together.
I specialize in co-occuring substance abuse and mental health treatment. I understand the connection from my own personal accounts as well as through my education and professional experiences. I utilize a variety of modalities including strength based, motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy.
I believe life can often be best lived taking it one day at a time. Sometimes those days are filled with great pain and struggle. I'm here to walk along side you as you move through suffering into the light.
