Many people come to therapy unsure of what it’s supposed to look like. To me, therapy begins with creating a space where you don’t have to perform. Life can sometimes feel like a costume party, where the masks we wear help us cope but also distance us from ourselves. I aim to meet clients as fellow human beings, not problems to be solved. I believe meaningful change begins when vulnerability is met with honesty and compassion.
I specialize in working with neurodivergence, OCD, emotional regulation, and patterns shaped by trauma and invalidation. My work is grounded in a humanistic approach and integrates DBT and IFS-informed parts work to help clients understand their patterns without shame and develop greater compassion and self-acceptance.
If this resonates, I welcome you to reach out. Therapy can feel intimidating, but it can also be a place to slow down, understand your experiences, and begin moving forward.
