If you landed on my page, there must have been some form of connection between us, and I’m happy you made it this far. As a Trans, Bisexual, and Neurodivergent therapist, my goal is to create a space and relationship built on trust, safety, and warmth. The struggle with mental health can feel very daunting and difficult to navigate. It is my hope that we can work together to promote personal growth and discover new possibilities. Everyone’s journey looks different, so let’s take some time to discover what that journey can, and has, looked like for you.
Processing life, transitions, and diagnoses of all kinds can leave us drained and unmoored. I recognize that healing and growth vary from person to person, thus I like to utilize different research-based therapy models to find the best fit for each client. I tend to integrate a person-centered, strengths-based approach with CBT/DBT skills in my work.
I value human relationships and do not fall under the scope of the “blank slate” therapist. I like to invite humor and authenticity in my space. I hope you will come as you are and be who you are with me. If you aren’t sure we would be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out for a consultation. We can find out together if I am the right therapist for you.
