Struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, motivation, or just trying to keep up with life? Being an adult can feel confusing; I still catch myself looking for the “adultiest” adult in the room, only to realize it’s me. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, past experiences, or need a space to process what’s going on, we can figure it out together. Therapy with me is collaborative and respectful of your autonomy. I ask questions, not make assumptions, and help you build insight, confidence, and meaningful change.

I support clients in building self-esteem, improving communication, setting boundaries, reducing anxiety, working through trauma, or simply feeling more grounded and present in their lives. Some people come in with clear goals; others just know something feels off. Both are welcome here.

I experienced trauma at a young age and struggled for years with undiagnosed ADHD. As a young adult, I felt like I struggled constantly to regulate myself emotionally.
