I employ a holistic perspective to healing that incorporates the spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, relational, etc. I rely on the use of diverse therapeutic techniques to facilitate self development, from creative thinking to contemplation and analysis. Through tapping into personal meaning making we work towards self-understanding and self-love.
