Hi there! I am passionate about working with couples of all backgrounds and dynamics to improve and enrich communication and connection. If you are seeking rebuilding trust after betrayal, guidance on how to move into any flavor of non-monogamy in a sustainable and ethical way, or moving towards a more serious future and wanting to set yourself up for success, we may be a good fit! I only work with couples and expansive intimate relationships and my focus is on improving quality of life for each partner, both within and outside of the relationship. I have extensive experience with neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and kinky clients.
I primarily work with couples who have experienced infidelity and made the choice to work towards repairing and rebuilding their relationship. My other top specialty is non-monogamy, specifically assisting previously monogamous couples open their relationships ethically and sustainably. My style is warm, direct, and affirming while challenging perspectives.
The process of trying to find a therapist can be overwhelming. I often describe it as akin to shopping for a new car: it's worth test driving a few models to make sure you choose the right fit. I offer a free 20 minute consultation video call during which we can get to know each other, ask questions, and see if we're a good match. Email me to schedule!
