I take a nonjudgmental stance as a therapist and certified life coach with an empathetic ear. Together we will come up with solutions to your challenges and/or difficulties. We will create goals and utilize tools and techniques to help reach those goals. I work with children, teenagers, adults, families, and married couples. I went into this profession because I truly care about people and want to help others function at their highest potential.
Sessions are $150/ hour for counseling and $150/hour for life coaching. I accept various insurances for counseling services only. I do not accept insurance for life coaching and offer various coaching packages to fit your needs.
