We became psychotherapists to help support others through life's challenges. From relationships to family to career, life can be a roller coaster of events. We believe that creating some space in your life, even just one hour a week, can be very beneficial to your health and overall well being. As the saying goes when flying on an airplane, "...make sure to put the oxygen mask on yourself first before attempting to help others around you." This is crucial. If you are not well, how can you help take care of those around you?

We are state licensed professional counselors, associates, and supervised graduate students. We specialize in mental health therapy. We use a variety of methods like CBT, solution-focused, and mindfulness therapy. We work with adult and young adult clients in-person and telehealth. We also offer supervision for LPCAs and other clinicians in the field.

We are nonjudgmental, patient, supportive, and understanding. We give an outside, unbiased perspective to help you navigate life's obstacles. Our practice is conveniently located in Westport and we offer telehealth virtual sessions. We take most major insurances and also work on a sliding scale.
