I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and member of EMDRIA. With training in a unique set of skills that target trauma, reduce cravings or urges, work with ego states and dissociation, and reduce stress clients will build healthy coping skills, repair attachment breaches, communicate more effectively with others, and strengthen their recovery.
