Weston enjoys to treat anyone who feels hopeless or lost. He enjoys helping people of all ages and ambitions learn to carry difficult emotions more gracefully towards their goals. He is fulfilled when he can help teens and you adults find more meaningful paths.
Weston utilizes mindfulness-based and trauma-focused approaches to mental health. using these approached, he an help those experiencing painful memories, relentless worries, or overwhelming emotions to befriend these experiences rather than run from them.
Weston feels we were not taught in school how to deal with complex emotional problems. There's no class on dealing with uncontrollable thoughts, overwhelming emotions, life-altering trauma or unexpected loss. Together we can fill in the gaps so you can develop the skills needed, not only to cope, but to enjoy living life again.
