I have been in the field of social work for over 20 years and have been providing therapy for the past 8 years. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Couples, Psychodynamic, Dialectical, Grief, Stress, LBGTQ+, and Anxiety Therapies.
