Groups
Adolescent/Young Adult Dbt-Based Girls Group
Group will address issues of depression, anxiety, eating disorders and self injurious behaviors. Activities to include, art, writing, meditation/relaxation, role play, therapeutic games, and coping skills to handle stress, social skills, depressive symptoms and increase self esteem and body image will be infused into the group. Group will be "psychoeducational" and leader will be utilizing CBT and DBT techniques to increase awareness and help group members cope more effectively with negative self talk, negative automatic thoughts and self harming and negative behaviors. All modalities of DBT will be taught. Two groups offered on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Adolescent CBT and DBT Skills Support Group
This group will be an ongoing open support group. Group will address issues of depression, anxiety, some substance abuse, social anxiety, self esteem and "adolescent issues". Activities to include, art, writing, meditation/relaxation, role play, therapeutic games. Participants will learn tools and coping skills to help them handle stress, anxiety and emotions more effectively. Psychodyanmic and CBT focus. Group will be "psychoeducational" and will utilize CBT techniques to increase awareness and help group members cope more effectively with negative self-talk, negative automatic thoughts and social skill deficits and/or ineffective behaviors.
