Adolescent DBT-Based Group
The DBT group will support clients struggling with intense emotions, distruptive behaviors, and challenging relationships at home and/or at school. The group aims to help teens learn to stay focused in the present moment, control impulses and emotions, and build and strengthen relationships. It will cover the components of DBT.

Women's Wellness group
Our Women's Wellness Group will be a virtual skills-based group with a focus on mental and emotional well-being, positive self-esteem and body image, and personal empowerment.
