I believe nothing is “wrong” with a person who experiences pain or suffering, or who isn't positive all of the time, because pain is a normal part of being human. I practice a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients learn how to experience difficult thoughts and emotions without suppressing them, in order to make decisions that align with what's most important to you.
