Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s not easy to carry everything on your own. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or challenges with family and relationships, therapy can give you a safe space to pause, breathe, and find relief. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore what’s weighing on you and begin making meaningful changes. Outside of work I enjoy music, reading, and spending time with my loved ones. I enjoy getting to know you and incorporating your personal interests into therapy, helping sessions feel natural, engaging, and meaningful.

I see adults and children, age 3 and up. I am trained in TF-CBT, PCIT, and EMDR. I also see children with behavioral concerns and I am a dedicated trauma therapist with a passion for helping individuals heal from past experiences and find inner strength. My main modality of treatment is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful therapy approach that facilitates the processing of traumatic memories and promotes emotional healing. With a deep understanding of the impact of trauma on mental health, I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe and supportive space for their healing journey.

I approach life as a student with a deep interest in the mind—its hidden drivers, patterns, and motivations. My work is grounded in understanding why we do what we do, drawing heavily from eastern philosophy/mysticism (particularly concepts of ego and self realization) alongside evolutionary psychology. I am a nerd for both!
I have a long history of working with men struggling with substance use disorders and men’s issues, while also working with people across a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. No two paths are the same. Being human is complicated, and meaningful change rarely follows a straight line.
