Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, MEd, LPCC
As therapists, our goal is to help you uncover your potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
We look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

In this life, we all struggle with something. Whether that is a stressful life transition, not feeling good enough, worry about the future, or feeling burnt out by the demands of work, school, or daily life. We can overcome these struggles with non-judgmental support, coping tools, life strategies, and self-awareness. I believe that anyone can go on a journey of self-healing and discovery that will encourage growth and increase their quality of life. Taking the first step can be tough, but counseling can provide a space where you don’t have to do it alone.
If you seek a compassionate, non-judgmental professional setting, consider MPCC Counseling. We have been serving individuals and families in and around North Central West Virginia for over 30 years. Our history of providing years of support and therapy utilizing interpersonal, solution focused, and empirically supported treatments is well established.
Now more than ever I see individuals struggling to get through their daily lives, having a hard time being themselves and finding it difficult to connect with others. This may happen over time when living a life that is in conflict with your inner truth(s). You may be struggling to express who you are or what you want. These kinds of struggles, on top of other factors such as anxiety, burn out, compassion fatigue, the stressors of daily living and showing up for loved ones are all just some reasons to consider contacting a therapist.
