As a therapist, I see my role as one of helping you change the things you want to change, teaching you some ways to do this and helping explore your life. Old ways can be changed, new ways can be learned. Looking at the way you think about you and your individual experiences, using methods such as CBT and alternative techniques, is part of my therapy work. I am not married to one particular style, but to what works and is effective for you as an individual. I work individually, with families or couples, and with teens. I am easy to talk to.
