The DBT skills group is more of a class and a coaching program than a traditional therapy group. You will learn and practice the skills of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness to improve healthy coping.

DBT Skills Group for Teens
The DBT skills group is more of a class and a coaching program than a traditional therapy group. You (your teen) will learn and practice the skills of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness to improve healthy coping. Parents are invited to participate in the parent skills training group as well while your child is in the program.
