Hi, I'm glad you found me. Let's get to it. I work with people who want to feel more awake in their lives, not like their trudging through them. I work with people who are coming to see that it is too costly, too exhausting to maintain their social performances. To remain engaged in distractions and sedations all the time in order to avoid feeling the fullness of their feeling. If you're depressed and life feels like a chore, anxious and unable to relax, frustrated, angry, grieving, confused, or just getting the sense that you're not getting the juice you want out of this life, read on.

I specialize in present-moment centered therapy, and believe that as we unwind our stories and inhabit our bodies, we find a new way of living in the ever-fresh here and now. I have been influenced by IFS and parts work, EMDR and trauma-informed therapies, as well as Gestalt Therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic awareness and processing.
