My goal is to create a safe environment where you can challenge the thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back or are keeping you from peace. I believe in a candid and genuine approach to therapy, which some people enjoy but others can find too direct.

I utilize a combination of approaches and theories to help challenge you and push you forward. Most notably, I use CBT and Adlerian approaches (I focus on thoughts and beliefs and how they relate to your actions and relationships) while also using motivational interviewing and a client-centered approach.
