I'm Wes! As your therapist, it is my goal to see you become a better version of yourself. It is my belief that life's experiences teach things about the world that may no longer be the most helpful or true today; even if they were true at the time in our past. When we don't adapt and remain flexible, we find ourselves in a web of mistaken beliefs, thinking errors and unresolved life problems. As a result, it becomes too hard to find our way and manage life's challenges in the here-and-now.

My areas of expertise are in Behavior Modification, Depression, Anxiety, Psychosis, Risk Assessment, EMDR, Trauma, PTSD and Sexual Paraphilia's. I use a Cognitive Behavioral and Humanistic approach to help my clients bring out the best in themselves.
