My specialty areas include intergenerational familial conflict, issues surrounding acculturation, South and East Asian interracial relationship dynamics, and stress reduction with medical students.
I use a strengths-based, holistic approach to treatment, and emphasize providing culturally congruent care that is aligned with your unique identities. I help you live more authentically and in a way that fits with your values. I also implement story telling as a narrative-based intervention as means to help you feel fully seen and heard.
