My work as a psychotherapist and educator is rooted in my military service and practical living. If you feel like the world or people around you are driving you insane, you are at your wits end, or you just feel screwed then reach out. I provide practical and helpful counseling. The goal is to help you better deal with life and your problems. People that work with me do not want sensitive fluff and sympathy. They want to feel heard, cared about, and be able to talk openly without being scolded or judged by an extra soft therapist.
I help people with anger, hopelessness, relationships issues, trauma, grief/loss, etc. The goal is to make your life better and that is by helping you better deal with stuff. I also offer Brainspotting therapy and other trauma focused therapies. I help families deal with problems like normal, well adjusted people.
While I work with individuals, couples, and families, it seems men and regular people who are motivated to be normal enjoy what I have to offer.
