Drawing from Existential Psychology, Humanistic, Jungian, and Psychoanalytic approaches I implement interventions such as traditional talk therapy, guided meditation, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and shadow-work to help you break free from what binds you, feel grounded, and find your authentic self.
