I love working with adults who experience anxiety, mood disorders, traumatic experiences, and addiction. I work well with people from all backgrounds who are interested in learning more about themselves and how they can change. I love working with folks who feel completely disconnected from others and from themselves. I help people who are interested in feeling at home within themselves.
I utilize an evidence-based, radical new form of therapy called "Brainspotting" to help you access your own capacity to heal from a kinds of issues. I use Brainspotting to resolve addiction, PTSD, anxiety, mood disorders, and general "stuckness". Contact me to find out how Brainspotting can help you, even from the privacy and comfort of your own home.
Seeking help for mental illness is never easy. I know from my own experience. To me, a great counseling session is marked by learning and expansion on both sides of the couch. Call me to find out how joining me for a session can help you be the best version of you.
