I offer both individual and couples counseling from a holistic, trauma-informed clinical perspective. I tend to be deeply story-oriented, and enjoy helping you tell yours more truly. For those that want it, I also specialize in the thoughtful integration of Christian spiritual formation/soul care and spiritual direction into the counseling process.
Lastly, I offer the option to do sessions in a traditional office setting, online, or outdoors via "walk and talk" therapy.
