Hello! I earned my Master's in Counseling from Central Michigan University. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and help people struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also provide family and couples therapy, and can provide a Christian/faith based, or secular approach.
I have worked with clients from many different backgrounds and treat everyone with dignity, respect, and care. I value relationships, and I have been told my greatest strengths are being approachable, kind, humorous, straight forward, and a good listener/ problem solver. I am confident I can help you!
