I believe the core of effective therapy is the relationship. I tailor my therapeutic process to you, in order for you to reach your goals in line with your true self. I practice Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), CBT, ACT, ERP, 12 Step, and humanistic modalities for various needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationships, etc. I believe in working off of a foundation of authenticity, compassion, non-judgment, critical thinking, and genuineness. I would be honored to learn your story and help you find meaning and solutions as you pursue your best self and life and learn to become your own therapist.

I have an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, am an LPCC, a Nationally Certified Counselor, an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, a Certified Yoga and MBSR Teacher, a Skylight Psychedelics Certified KAP Therapist, and an Affiliate Faculty in the Neuroscience and Psychology Department at Regis University in Denver, CO.

I have worked in the mental health field for over a decade as a licensed therapist, a health coach, and a business owner of a regional group practice and the national mental health network for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. I've worked in residential, IOP/PHP programs, interventions, private and group practice, and University counseling levels of care.
