I am here for you. I hope to bring an empathetic and hopeful approach to counseling with you. We can do this together!

I offer an approach that is client-centered. As a Christian and a counselor, we can find ways to integrate those principles if desired. We will work together to find ways to address why you came to therapy. In addition to my Master's Degrees, EMDR training, Marriage Mentor training helping experience with depression, anxiety, codependency and more.
