I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and Drama Therapist in Stuart, Florida helping people heal and transform past trauma, abuse, patterns and habits that sabotage love, health, abundance and freedom to be authentic and real. I help people design the life of their dreams with extraordinary healing. One of my main offerings is The Imagination Process - a 21 week healing and transformation group program, offered in an in-town or distance format. This process utilizes meditation, breathwork, sound, movement, drama therapy and the creative arts in the group process with individual therapy for processing.
I have discovered that patterns/systems are imprinted from womb, birth and early childhood experiences. Painful and traumatic patterns get re-enacted over and over in our adult lives until they are transformed. I blend transpersonal psychology, brain science, quantum physics and family systems into a defined system for transformation.
I mainly desire to work with people who are interested in doing depth healing work through The Imagination Process. My purpose and path is to guide and love people through these times, healing and transforming old patterns, trauma, and pain toward an extraordinary life, as the crow flies.
