About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist and enjoy working with adults who are seeking professional help to address life challenges. I strive to offer a safe and comfortable environment where patients can make positive changes to improve their quality of life.
I offer services to individual adults, couples and families with a range of presenting problems. Situations like chronic illness, death, divorce, or job loss can result in symptoms of anxiety and depression that can be managed with psychotherapy.
I am certified as a cognitive therapy provider through the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I also have training in the psychodynamic therapy approach. I believe it is important to fit the therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Stress can often cause individuals to become physically ill or worsen medical conditions, such as chronic pain or headaches. I have an interest in treating individuals with chronic medical issues and have experience working with a number of multidisciplinary medical teams.
