Through my PhD in Theology of Restoration of individuals, marriages, communities and nations, I've crafted a "journey of restoration" for individuals, marriages and families that includes tools, teachings, and exercises all part of the therapeutic process. I develop personalized relaxation recordings for anxiety reduction, thought renewal and healing.
