Wendy Francis has been providing mental health therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families since 1999. She uses a variety of therapeutic techniques with individuals, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child Directed Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused CBT, and Insight Oriented Therapy as well as others. Wendy works with families using various family therapy techniques and focuses on helping the whole family improve functioning.
