I have experience working with both individuals and families and have certifications in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In sessions I will pull from a variety of modalities to best serve you utilizing nonjudgmental, empathetic awareness to work collaboratively toward your goals.
