My name is Wendy Weise, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Tucson, AZ and provide telehealth throughout the state. I've worked as a therapist for 8 years now, specializing in adults from 18 through mature adulthood. When I'm not in the office, I spend time with my husband and two dogs, love to read and to travel, and enjoy cooking as my mindfulness practice. I often use an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing on skill sets tailored to your needs, which may change as you progress through therapy and as life happens!
Together we can explore patterns of behavior or thinking that may be holding you back or causing emotional pain. I can also help you better understand how your past might be informing your present and develop greater sense of self and self-compassion. And we can work on practical strategies for improving your quality of life.
