Hello! I am Wendy Theriot,MA,LPC. I spent years specializing in trauma-focused therapy and have worked in the private practice setting as well as treatment facility setting. This year I have taken a break from in-person therapy where I specialized in EMDR. working with First Responders, and Veterans/AD Military Personnel diagnosed with PTSD. At the moment I am focused on specializing in more of a Client or Person-Centered approach, where I guide the client in the direction of healing or self actualization incorporating Cognitive Processing, Jungian therapy as well as Attachment-Based therapy. I also work with couples.

There is power in the counseling process to work through even the most difficult life challenges, and I always consider it an honor when I can be a part of that journey.
