Welcome. You’re here because something in your life is calling for attention. Maybe you’re navigating a transition, facing a challenge, or simply longing for a safe space to pause and reflect—on where you are, where you’ve been, and where you want to go from here. Often, we need to discover what we think and believe, what we need, and find healthy ways to meet these needs. Using a vareity ot techniques and developing skills, or sharpening what we already know, we can take our time, ask questions, and trust our instincts. Therapy may help you find what you are looking for and assist you in making lasting changes.

I believe there’s no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to healing and growth. We’ll begin by talking about what you need right now, and together we’ll choose a path that supports your goals and honors your unique journey. My training is ongoig, and includes cognitive work, reality theray, grief work (of many types of grief), and mindfulness-meditation.
