I am passionate about helping people reconnect with a sense of joy and meaning in their lives. While emotional pain, loss, and hardship are a natural part of being human, I believe there is often meaning to be found within those experiences. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move through difficult seasons, process painful emotions, and ultimately find greater acceptance, resilience, and self-understanding.
My approach to therapy balances warmth and compassion with honesty and directness. I strive to create a space where clients feel deeply understood and supported while also being gently challenged to grow.
I am trained in EMDR, & IFS. I also draw from CBT, DBT and narrative therapy modalities. I integrate these approaches to support deeper emotional processing and healing. I have 15+ years of extensive experience working with individuals, couples & families. I specialize in trauma, addiction, personality disorders, mood disorders, and eating disorders.
