My area of expertise is trauma. I am trained in Trauma-Informed Care and have also trained non-clinical professionals in this approach. I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is a specific therapy for trauma. In therapy sessions, I aim to validate experiences, listen to your story, and empower you to progress.
As a therapist, I work collaboratively with my clients to establish goals that they want to focus on during their treatment. My objective is to guide you in the direction you desire and help you recognize your strengths, so that you can use them to grow emotionally and effectively manage life's challenges.
