Dr. Wendy Settle provides teletherapy for adults and teenagers in Indiana presenting with anxiety, OCD, depression, self-esteem, stress management, panic attacks, depersonalization/derealization, tic disorders, seasonal affective disorder, ADHD, & college adjustment. Her theoretical orientation integrates biopsychosocial, developmental, behavioral (such as exposure and response prevention), cultural, cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, as well as other mindfulness-based perspectives.
Dr. Settle received specialized supervision and training through the Behavior Therapy Training Institute to provide therapy for children through adults in her specialty area, obsessive compulsive disorder. With all clients, she incorporates a wide variety of adjunct self-help interventions such as light therapy, and custom downloadable audios and handouts.
Dr. Settle's decades of experience includes having worked for the University of Notre Dame's Counseling Center as a Psychologist. Because her practice is limited, she is not on insurance networks. She provides a receipt for payment, and you may be reimbursed for your insurance company's out-of-network fee. She currently has a wait list for new clients.
