Groups
Online Meditation Group
Wendy offers a monthly guided meditation group to all clients. We meet online, the last full week of each month for a guided meditation to start the day. The meditation is 15 minutes long with a few minutes for questions, thoughts, feelings and ideas at the end. This is a donation-based group that requires no reservation or commitment to come all five days. Clients can drop in any day and participate with their camera on or off. No meditation experience required.

The Therapy Book Club
The Therapy Book Club offers a safe place to discuss your thoughts and feelings in a small group led by Wendy Rolón, a licensed psychotherapist who loves to read. We’ll read one book per month, alternating between fiction and non-fiction, and discuss our thoughts and feelings together at the end of each month. Come to as many sessions as peak your interest. Be prepared for inclusive, in-depth and meaningful discussions around emotional reactions, personal reflections, and a therapist’s perspective on how to explore what comes up with curiosity and compassion.
