I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that works with individuals, couples and families by integrating a cognitive-behavioral and family systems approach. I provide a warm, safe, supportive environment, and my therapeutic style is respectful, collaborative and solution-focused.
Although I work with individuals on a wide range of mental health, lifestyle and relationship issues, I particularly enjoy helping people who struggle with the uncomfortable symptoms of anxiety, such as shyness, fear of public speaking, or panic attacks.
My training in hypnotherapy enables me to provide these individuals with rapid symptom relief from their anxiety and stress. I am accept a number of different types of insurance.
