When you are suffering, personally, within your family or in a relationship, I offer therapy that goes beyond just talking about the past. I use an educational and directive Mind/Body/Spirit approach that assesses your current life situation, formulates new goals and gives you tools to use every day. I make therapy comfortable, positive and aim to get results as quickly as possible. I see myself as an active facilitator in a joint process, not an expert-patient relationship. I believe that everyone intrinsically knows what they need, it's my job to assist you on that journey.

I have been helping individuals, couples and families in Orange County since 1998. I specialize in healing traumas (dormant and current) that have a negative impact on lives and manifest through anxiety, depression and other symptoms. I use a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Coaching.

I typically see clients every other week for 90 minutes. This allows for a deeper therapeutic experience and is easier on your schedule. I also offer 3-6hr intensive sessions for busy and/or out of town clients. Finally, I welcome clients with specific goals who prefer coaching to psychotherapy.

This group runs every other week for 12-20 weeks depending on the book of choice. Books already reviewed include Byron Katie's- Loving What Is and A Thousand Names For Joy, Eckhart Tolle's - The Power of Now and A New Earth. Marshal Rosenberg's-Non Violent Communication. We typically dissect one chapter per week where we discuss, role play, and do worksheets.
