I am deeply passionate about guiding individuals on their journey toward healing, hope, and a renewed sense of wholeness, especially during life’s most challenging moments. I understand that many clients come to therapy seeking relief from anxiety and depression, as well as comfort from significant losses and emotional wounds. With experience working with both adults and adolescents, I've had the privilege of addressing a diverse array of concerns, including overcoming trauma and abuse, navigating the complexities of grief, resolving spiritual conflicts, managing life transitions, coping with anxiety, depression, and stress.
My approach is deeply personal and grounded in honoring each client’s unique story. As an EMDR-trained LPC, I support individuals through trauma, divorce recovery, and major life transitions. I guide clients gently through meaningful steps toward healing, providing tools that empower them to move forward.
