My practice is trauma-informed, and I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other therapeutic approaches to help my clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Together, we explore new ways of thinking that empower them to grow and take control of their lives.

During our first two sessions, we'll complete a thorough intake evaluation and work together to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
