Hi there, I'm Wendy! Are you experiencing the weight of grief, chronic health challenges, an identity crisis, and a sense of self? To create meaningful change, it's essential to begin the journey within yourself. My goal as your therapist is to guide my clients to be their genuine selves, to feel more whole and complete. I take a client-centered approach and believe that the client determines the direction and pace, leading them to growth, self-discovery, self-worth, and love. Your well-being is my priority, and I am here to support you.
I will work to help you uncover your true potential and guide you towards what your realistic and achievable goals can be. We will identify your strengths and work through any challenges that are preventing you from meeting your goals. We will continue to check in with your progress and adjust as needed.
In our first session, I will ensure a safe space that will offer warmth and empathy. My goal is to build a positive rapport and to allow you to share your inner emotional needs through active listening.
