I specialize in working with women (ages 16-45) who may have the following concerns: stress, anxiety or depression, trauma, challenges in their relationships (past or present), family of origin issues, grief, being a highly sensitive person (being told you're "too sensitive" or that you feel things too deeply) or struggling with self-confidence.
I also support women who want to simply find a warm, non-judgmental space to talk through thoughts and emotions. I offer a supportive, empathetic approach and create a space where you feel comfortable exploring your feelings and working towards feeling better, more grounded, and empowered.
I'm a caring and compassionate therapist who uses integrative and insight-oriented approaches to increase your sense of wellbeing. We'll explore what's causing your distress and work on better ways to cope. I use a variety of modalities, including EMDR and EFT (tapping), and consider all parts of your wellness (mind, body, spirit, energy) to be important.
